Great product!!

This stuff is great. I have a cat with bad allergies. Nothing works. Vet meds aren’t great. This stuff seems to be working really well with the dermatitis. My kitty seems so much more happier and less uncomfortable.

Lifesaver for My Dog’s Dry, Cracked Nos

✨“This cream was a lifesaver for my dog Toby’s cracked, dry nose. After regular use, it’s softer, hydrated, and looks healthy again. Highly recommend!”

Good product

This is the only product I have found that helps my doggy’s sensitive skin. It does not have a smell which makes it even better. It works within minutes to calm her skin. It is well worth the price! I do not have a problem with her licking her skin after it’s applied.

This saved my dog's skin!

My dog was super dry and itchy, chewing the fur off his inner thighs and stomach area. I'd tried two different shampoos, a hot oil treatment, and a leave-in conditioner but nothing worked. UNTIL THIS! I rubbed on twice a day, and his skin went from overly dry, flaky, and angry red to a normal skin color with no itch. It saved us from an expensive vet visit with steroids for sure.

GSP-dry nose

This oatmeal lotion for dogs has been a game-changer for my GSP’s dry nose. His nose gets super dry and cracked, especially in colder weather, and this lotion actually works to soften and heal it. The formula is gentle and soothing, and you can tell it starts moisturizing right away. Now, does he love having it put on? Absolutely not. He fights me every time I try to touch his nose—full drama. But once it's on, it makes a huge difference. After a few uses, his nose looks so much healthier and feels way less rough.A little goes a long way, and it doesn’t have a strong smell or greasy feel, which I appreciate. If your pup has a dry nose or paws, this is definitely worth trying—even if you have to wrestle them a little to apply it. Worth it for the results!

Love. But not sure now.

I love the smell, and happy that it’s ok if my dog licks it off. He loves the smell of it as well. It has never bothered his skin at all. Makes his paws super soft, and perfect after we walk.Never tasted it. I wouldn’t, but my dog must like it. He’s never gotten sick so that’s good,I love the way you can bring with you in the car traveling. Perfect size. Easy to get out.I have bought the butte robe in the jar which is nice too.Update!I’m sorry I have to reduce my rating. It’s not helping my pup anymore. He’s so dry I know because of the time of month. I wished it would help him more. 😢He struggles ever winter. Soon as the heater goes on.

Pet Head Health Oatmeal Soothing Cream for Dogs

This stuff seems to moisturize well, though I wouldn't consider it fragrance free. my pup does try to lick it off after applying so I'm not sure were getting the most effectiveness out of it but it would be good for dogs less irritated by scents!

Good for after our wintry walks

I’ve been putting this on my pup’s paws after cleaning them off after our wintry walks. It seems to be working quite well & her little beans look to be in much better shape than when we weren’t using it. The scent is subtle & she doesn’t have issue with me applying it.I appreciate the clean ingredients & that this is made in the US. Good cream that I can surely recommend.

Probably best suited for hairless dogs

I tried this cream in two different scenarios: on a cat with a hot spot that she keeps biting at, and on my Corgi's paws. I know this product isn't marketed for cats, but the ingredients are cat-safe so I thought I'd try it anyway. For the hot spot, her skin did seem soothed after 2 applications, but it was difficult to keep her from licking it off the moment I applied it. I have another liquid treatment I was using for it before and that one absorbs more quickly, so she can't lick it off. For my Corgi's paws, there really was not much difference in how dry and tough his paws are after 3 days in a row of applying it, but again, it's difficult to stop him from just licking it off right away or running around and wiping it all off on the carpet.I think this product is going to be better suited for hairless dogs or maybe ones with very short coats as an allover skin treatment to use regularly. It's more like a light lotion than a thick balm, so it's not heavy-duty enough to use as a spot treatment in my opinion. Otherwise I really like that it is fragrance free, and it was somewhat effective in reducing the inflammation of my cat's hot spot.

Helps Keep The Beans Moist!

My dog has a problem with licking his paws -- some vets will tell you that this is an anxiety response, and a lot of times they're correct. But what if your dog is just obsessed with having moisturized toe beans? I decided to test it out. After a few days of applying this cream to all four paws (make sure to really rub it in -- while the formula isn't particularly thick or greasy, you may still end up with little toe prints on your floors), I noticed a marked decline in the amount of time my dog was spending attending to his foot pads. I've continued to put it on every so often, particularly after walks or on particularly cold days. Very happy with how well this has worked!

It's a nice lotion, but kind of tough to get into the skin of a dog.

My wife and I both tried the lotion on our bodies, and we liked it. It also had a subtle scent. However, trying to get this into our dog's double coated fur was a bit of a challenge, and I feel like most of this stuff just ended up in his fur and not actually on the skin. I think this would work better for shorter hair breeds.

So Grateful For This

Today is only day 2 of treating my pup with this soothing cream, but she jumped on the bench when she saw me pick it up as if she was eager to receive it. I hope that means this is soothing as described. My pup's skin is sooooo dry this season, probably from using the pellet stove earlier in the season along with a super large humidifier, but it wasn't enough. Her coat quality is fine, it's the skin beneath that is dry and itchy for her. She scratches and bites repeatedly and even opens wounds. I've tried everything: leave in conditioners, sprays, coconut oil, shampoos and ultimately had to put her on a steroid to stop the itching and let the wounds heal. I like this cream because it absorbs easily (rather than just sit on top of the skin). I don't know if it is the massaging or the cream, but I notice my dog's flesh goes from dry white to a healthy pink as though this is improving blood flow. She's not itching or biting for now. I am so grateful that someone makes it their life's work to keep our pets comfortable.
