Return & Refund Policy

At Spoiled Pet Club, your satisfaction (and your pet’s happiness) is very important to us.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item received

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require physical returns for most items. In many cases, we will issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to ship the product back.

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds if:

  • The wrong shipping address was entered at checkout

  • The item was used improperly or damaged after delivery

  • The request is made after the 30-day window

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After that, processing may already be underway.
